Starting 1st March 2019 onwards, Movie Animation Park Studios (MAPS) will be opening its doors to the public with zero entrance fee. Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak (PKNP) has a new business model plan for the Perak-based theme park instead.
In its effort to attract more visitors, the current one-time entry ticket will be abolished with the implementation of a coupon system. Visitors both local and foreign will now be allowed to enter the theme park area for free and only pay for rides and attractions they would like to access.
Coupons per ride and attraction start from as low as RM3 to RM15. Special passes will also be available at the front counters. Details as per below:
